The First post of many to come, enjoy!

Well folk, the official Front Street Trading's 1st post is finally here. I've read a lot of information online on how blogging has become a method of being heard (read) faster then trying to submit your website to search engines.

So like most things done for the first time, this post will not look pleasing. Hope fully as time goes on with more posting, so will come a better content based blog.

Our main goal for starting this blog...to put it simple, exposure. It all started with a search on google. I found a article explaining how to improve your website ranking. It mentioned about how Big fortune 500 companies are using this method to spread company word.

About: Front Street Trading started from a very small 2 person business ( Hobby to spend Time) into a 10 people work force. Yes, I know 10 people are not much, but when you go from having your business only in your dreams, to being responsible for salary of 10 people, it becomes a real shocker at times.

Our number one rule above all others, has become "Customer Is ALWAYS Right". When we first started selling online in 1998, my father made it a point to always have fun with the business and to treat the customer like they are the only one who has our complete attention. He didn't just say the "Customer is always right", like most companies say or have posted up on the policy wall.

He clearly understood the reasoning behind having customer's who are happy, or amazed by your customer service, compared to a upset/angry one. He helped me to realize the value of keeping a customer satisfied by all means. You never know how much of a value that customer could have become, or how many friends and family they might have mentioned your business to. It is clearly not worth turning away a angry customer.

The business started by selling vintage clothing from stylish leather jackets, leather coats, faux fur coats, fur coats, leather bomber jackets, suede skirts, to also wedding gowns. We realized it was possible to offer below bargain prices on these fabulous item's all on eBay and online. Again we are not just saying this, to say it but where else can you buy a stylish piece of outerwear for $9.99.
